Zumper's most recent figures put two-bedroom units closer to $1,400 a month. Other estimates run lower, in the $1,050 range, depending on neighborhood and how the sample is weighted — so the honest range citywide is roughly $1,050 to $1,450 for a two-bedroom, with location and finish level doing most of the work to move a unit up or down that range.
